Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice (or brown rice), warm
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

1. Season the Shrimp

In a large bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar. Add the shrimp and olive oil, tossing until evenly coated.
