🥞 Crepes Recipe



Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter (optional but recommended for flavor & softness)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk the flour and salt together.
Add the eggs and slowly pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
Add water and mix until the batter is smooth and runny.
