🍋🧄🧀 Lemon Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Golden, juicy chicken coated in a crispy Parmesan-garlic crust with a bright lemon finish. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner!
🛒 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and lemon juice.
Press each chicken breast into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end of cooking.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
