These Brown Sugar Pork Chops are tender, juicy, and coated in a rich sweet-and-savory glaze. Made with brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic, they are perfect for a quick family dinner and pair beautifully with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
Place the pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Coat evenly and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat a grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium-high heat.
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the chops with any remaining marinade to create a glossy caramelized glaze.
Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
