🍴 Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs steak, cut into bite-size cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain well.
- Mash the potatoes with butter, heavy cream, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in part of the cheddar cheese, then top with the remaining cheddar and crispy bacon.
- Season the steak bites with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Lower the heat, add butter and minced garlic, then toss the steak bites until glossy and coated in garlic butter.
- Serve the steak bites beside the loaded mashed potatoes, then garnish with parsley.
