Ingredients
1½ lbs (680 g) beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces

Bake for 2½ to 3 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily falls apart with a fork.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, egg noodles, or with crusty bread.
Tips
Add sliced mushrooms, carrots, or potatoes for a heartier meal.
