These crispy cauliflower bites are golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a sweet and spicy buffalo glaze that makes them absolutely irresistible!
📝 Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Sauce
3 tbsp buffalo sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp melted butter
For Serving
Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil.
In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the cauliflower to the breadcrumb mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
While the cauliflower cooks, whisk together the buffalo sauce, honey, and melted butter.
Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a bowl and gently toss with the sauce until coated.
Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
