Lemon Butter Fish Fillet πŸ‹πŸŸ

For the Fish:
4 white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or haddock)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional for extra flavor)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Season the Fish:
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Rub them with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Cook the Fish:
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a little olive oil and cook the fish for about 3–4 minutes on each side, or until golden and flaky. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In the same pan, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Combine:
Return the fish to the pan and spoon the lemon butter sauce over the fillets. Let it cook together for another minute.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with rice, vegetables, or mashed potatoes.
