Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Onions

Ingredients
1½ lbs (700 g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 large onion, cut into wedges
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steak in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter.
Add the onions and cook for 5–6 minutes until lightly caramelized.
Stir in the garlic and red bell pepper, cooking for another minute.
Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
Return the steak to the skillet and toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and thyme before serving.
