   Ingredients:
  • 700 g (1.5 lb) chicken tenderloins
  • 50 g (ยฝ cup) grated parmesan cheese
  • 180 ml (ยพ cup) Greek yogurt
  • 120 g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • 60 g (ยฝ cup) flour
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ยฝ tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 700 g frozen or homemade fries
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ยฝ garlic clove, finely grated
  • Fresh salad (lettuce leaves, ยฝ cucumber sliced, 2 tomatoes sliced, ยผ red onion thinly sliced)
  • Small drizzle of olive oil Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 220ยฐC (425ยฐF) or set your air fryer to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
  2. Prepare three bowls for a simple coating station. In the first bowl, add flour. In the second, place the beaten eggs. In the third bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Take each chicken tenderloin and first coat it in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally press it into the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each tender is well coated for that irresistible crunch!
