Ingredients:
Chicken Tenders
700 g (1.5 lb) chicken tenderloins 🍗
120 g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
50 g (½ cup) grated parmesan 🧀
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley 🌿
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
60 g (½ cup) flour
2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
Seasoned Fries
700 g frozen or homemade fries 🍟
1 tsp paprika
Pinch of salt
Creamy Herb Dip
180 ml (¾ cup) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice 🍋
½ garlic clove, finely grated
Salt and black pepper
Fresh Salad
Lettuce leaves
½ cucumber, sliced 🥒
2 tomatoes, sliced 🍅
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
Small drizzle olive oil
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F or air fryer to 200°C / 400°F.
Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken tender in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Press lightly so the coating sticks.
Arrange on a tray, lightly spray or brush with oil, and bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (74°C / 165°F internal temperature).
Cook fries until crisp and toss immediately with paprika and a pinch of salt.
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for the dip.
Assemble the plate with hot tenders, fries, salad, and the herb dip in the center.
