Easy 3-Apple Pie (Ready in 10 Minutes Prep!)


This quick and delicious apple pie uses just 3 apples and a few simple pantry ingredients. Perfect for a fast homemade dessert!
Ingredients
3 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1 sheet puff pastry or pie dough
2 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish and line it with the puff pastry or pie dough.
Arrange the sliced apples evenly over the pastry.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and smooth.
Add the milk and vanilla extract, then mix well.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter evenly over the apples.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden brown and set in the center.
Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving.
Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
