Crispy Chicken Strips

Ingredients
2 chicken fillets, cut into strips
3 large eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
Slice the chicken fillets into even strips.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and minced garlic.
In another bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Coat each chicken strip in the seasoned flour, then dip it into the egg mixture, and finally coat it evenly with the breadcrumbs.
Heat about 1 inch (2.5 cm) of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the chicken strips for 3–4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauces such as honey mustard, ranch, BBQ sauce, or ketchup.
