2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp honey

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt & black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

Cook the Potatoes:
Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for about 12 minutes until tender. Drain and toss with butter, salt, and chopped parsley.

Prepare the Salmon Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Salmon:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes. Flip and brush generously with the honey-garlic glaze. Cook another 3–4 minutes until the salmon is caramelized and flaky.

Sauté the Asparagus:
In the same pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and toss asparagus for 3–5 minutes until slightly charred but tender.

Assemble the Plate:
Arrange salmon fillets, baby potatoes, and asparagus neatly on a plate. Spoon extra glaze from the pan over the salmon and garnish with parsley.
