π Ingredients
7 cups cake flour
7 teaspoons baking powder
4 eggs
1 Β½ cups sugar
2 cups Ultramel (any flavor)
1 cup milk
250g butter or margarine (softened)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, sift together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the Ultramel, milk, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
Lightly flour your surface and roll out the dough to about 2β3 cm thick.
Cut into rounds using a cookie cutter or glass.
Place on the prepared baking tray and brush the tops with a little milk.
Bake for 15β20 minutes or until golden brown.
