Spaghetti with Meat Sauce & Cheese

Ingredients:

400 g spaghetti

2 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

500 g ground beef (or beef & pork mix)

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20–25 minutes.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce until well coated.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
