📝 Ingredients
• 12 oz rotini pasta
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups marinara sauce
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
• ½ cup grated parmesan

For serving:
• Chopped parsley
• Extra chili flakes

🍽️ How to Make It
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook rotini in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
