Ingredients:
400 g spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
500 g ground beef (or beef & pork mix)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20–25 minutes.
- Toss cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce until well coated.
- Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
