- 1/4 tsp ground cloves

- Maraschino cherries (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Directions:
- Prepare the Ham:
1.1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the ham in a roasting pan with the cut side down. Score the surface in a crisscross pattern. - Make the Glaze:
2.1. In a saucepan, mix together the brown sugar, honey, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves. Simmer the mixture until it slightly thickens. - Apply the Glaze:
3.1. Brush half of the glaze evenly over the ham. Cover the ham with aluminum foil. - Bake:
4.1. Roast the ham for about 1 1/2 hours, basting it with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes. - Add Pineapple Rings:
5.1. Arrange the pineapple rings and cherries (if using) on the ham during the last 30 minutes of baking. Baste generously and return the ham to the oven uncovered for a caramelized finish. - Serve:
6.1. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve warm.
